tuomi kit for the visually impaired

In the Trier City Museum

The Simeonstift Trier City Museum offers visually impaired and blind visitors the opportunity to experience the museum on their own.

Trier University of Applied Sciences has integrated tactile elements such as tactile models, relief plans and sound collages into the exhibition. tuomi has created a corresponding kit for the blind and added it to the existing guide. Matthias Rösch, State representative for the interests of people with disabilities in Rhineland-Palatinate is full of praise: In my opinion, these highly innovative approaches to barrier-free museum design are unique in Germany.
