The Palatinate Museum of Natural History - Bad Dürkheim delights visitors with unique exhibitions such as “Alles Scheiße” (Everything is shit) or the exciting live animal exhibition about spiders. The Palatinate Museum attracts visitors with colourful and striking exhibitions. In order to present the special content in the best possible way for everyone, the museum uses tuomi's Dorengo Multimedia guide. The guide is available in several languages so that international visitors can enjoy the exhibition too.

The museum’s positive experience with the first exhibition quickly made it clear that Dorengo should also be used for the next exhibition. Thanks to the simple content management system (CMS), the museum staff were able to create the new guide completely independently and therefore at no extra cost.

An internet connection is not required to offer visitors with visual impairments useful additions to the exhibition content. For a barrier-free experience, the exhibition text can be enlarged and the colour scheme simplified on the easy-to-use tablets. The loaner device enables access via a native app, while the web app is available for visitors with their own devices (BYOD).
